h i guys , if any one came for hiv conselling or any other couseeling how to write patient notes, is they have same form or different form for conselling.

Same form. You write everything the same regular one except in the PE, write NO PE TODAY. Actually I like the case of couseling because I have enough time and not to be rushed. I have passed CS and so if you have any further question, I will help to answer

What you are talking about here ??
You counsel the patient,BUT you don't write the counseling here ..
For PN you write the D/D +the evaluation, and you write the HPI an dotehr things and you write the PE, so I don't see where you can write couns eling notes ???
