answer is 29 becuz lithuim with chronic use decreases TSH and prevent iodination of T4 to T3

you mean INCREASE TSH, beacsue 5 % can caus eHYPOTHYROIDISM , so TSH will be INCREASED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
