Ulise you are right
Diffusing capacity increase in Polycythemia,Chf,intrapulmonary haemorrhage
decrease in Prmary parenchymal disorder, anemia, removal of lung.

But please ulise would you like to explain a little bit more on diffusing capacity, coz i am just assuming it on my own

In alveolar hemorrhage DLCO is increased due to the presence of trapped hemoglobin in proximity to alveolar gas , this Hb will absorb CO despite the actual severe limitation of gas exchange and oxygen delivery.
