About V2, which secondary signals it leads to??? think...

I would say ANP. From Right Atrium to Kindey.

ADH...V2 receptor with cAMP mechanism

kashmala, then why ADH can not be the answer?? both ADH and beta-adrenergic receptor activation lead to adenosine cyclase activation --------cAMP accumulation..

I change my answer to ADH. sorry. Both involve adenyl cyclase...cAMP. I actually checked guys to make sure we get this right.

Glucagon is given as the answer though. I think ADH is also correct

Glucagon is also right. I also checked this too. They can't have two option in a question. what's the source?
