nobody can tell you about the correct answers on NBME, we have only drashna's answer as reference.
Not all downloaded answer are correct, if you have a doubt about a given answer, please post in this forum, there are some excellent Doctors who can explain about the answers choice.
If you have enough money, please try the online one to see where you stand.
Dont rely on downloaded answers.
