Silly things can secure a point - triplehelix - ArchivalUser - 03-31-2007

1. If you see that the age of the patient in the case is 2 years or more, it is not Patau syndrome or Edward syndrome, think of something else (they dont survive beyond 1 yr).

2. If patient prefers not to move, just want to lie flat, think of peritionitis

3. If pt likes to move a lot, changing position and posture, bending over, think of renal.ureteric calculi.
