HLA-DR2 Antigen - Goodpasture syndrome, multiple sclerosis, and narcolepsy
HLA-DR3 Antigen - celiac disease, Grave's disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, early-age onset myasthenia gravis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile diabetes, and opportunistic infections in AIDS
HLA-DR4 Antigen - rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile diabetes
HLA-DR5 Antigen - Kaposi sarcoma in AIDS & juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
HLA-DR7 Antigen - celiac disease and psoriasis vulgaris

hey Kashmala!
just wanted to know about the source from where you got the above HLA's...as I have learnt some from Kaplan and there are a few differences.
HLA-DR2: Hay fever, Narcolepsy, Multiple Sclerosi
HLA-DR3: Goodpasture's syndrome, Celiac sprue, SLE, Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
HLA-DR4: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Pemphigus vulgaris, Type 1 DM
HLA-DR5: Juvenile RA, Pernicious Anemia
HLA-DR7: Steroid responsive nephrotic syndrome..
Has anybody else went through the similar readings..Please let me know
