I learned to do the abdominal exam using one hand for both superficial and deep palpation-does it make a difference?usmleworld shows the technique with both hands.

hi
usually abd palpation is done in two ways ( need to do both )
superficial palpation and deep palpation
superficial is done by one hand and deep by using either one or two (two is generally recommended)
