I finished my exam.Exam is very doable.Mcqs are pretty much like step2ck.I can say much easier then that.UW and crush are more than enough.
here are my cases
hypothyroidism
MVA with tamponade
esophagitis
Copd
pancreas head carcinoma
sickel cell crisis
DUB
Sarcoidosis
one more case I'm not able to remember.I messedup 2-3 cases.Please please practise the software very well.Hope to pass this exam.

suzzy, thanks for sharing the experience, when you said you messed up 2-3 cases, what did you really mean by messing up? you seemed to get all the Dx, then what was the problem? can you share this here? thanks in advance!! Good luck with your score.
