Thanks for sharig good information in forum; but kindly be kind enought to leave answer to questions you post; i would say everyone should be nice enough to do for every question they post. otherwise it is of no use to others...kindly put input for this suggestion

hi malak, if there are no answers to these questions or if they are nbme, please specify. If you have the answers, please do post them . We appreciate your time & efforts in posting these questions, but it would be more helpful if you could post the answers as well. That shoulld settle our arguements rather than become confused & answer wrongly in the exam. Thank you.
