25 yrs old woman has intremenstrual bledding spotting since the beginning of oc pills 6 mts ago.this is her first attempt at ocp therapy. ..used condoms in the past. .before the ocp cycles r regular.
which of the following is the most appropriate management?
a.take 2 pills daily until bleeding stops.
b,. discontinue ocp therapy and have her resume use of comdoms ofr birthe control
c. reassuere her that hte bleeding problem will resolve in a few moonths
