Initially Rest + NSAIDS for 1-2 dys, then Mobilize ASAP

well,.... I did the q in uw n read in kaplan also
what I could figure out.... if pt is not severely sick or if pt has attack for the 1st time with no evidence of cauda equna synd... the early mobilizatio..... go to work ASAP...
But if the attack/pain is severe then bed rest.
