i did kmi in january of this year, my girlfriend did also - it is a fantastic course - very comprehensive, but very long! More than enough to get a high nineties score without referring to any other texts!

KMI is 16 weeks, the extras on top of extensive prep are: an hour with the lecturer each day
a week of lewctures at the start that cover the more difficult areas
a simulated test at the end.

Very expensive and if u r a strong candidate anyway then i think that the extras in KMI may be superflous - if u have the time and the money then i would take it.

certainly if you renglish is not great then KMI/extensive prep is very good as the small groups alllow you to review everything form that day and talk it over with friends.

however if you have recently reviewed this material in med sachool and you are fairly ghappy weith it then i woul dpersonally have doen the 7 week prep course

hope this doesnt confuse you
