I live in Union county(NJ) & would like to start real studies for Step 1. I got complete set of 2002 Kaplan Lecture notes(+CD), Biochemestry+CD(Mathews & others) and lots of Medical School Text books. "Text to speech translation" computer programme allowes to listen any screen texts in real human voice.
