was step 3 like uw ccs cases and mcq or different?

i got rejection from jackson memorial. sure about that. didnt apply to nebraska.
god help us, usmle world is really fine for step 3. i was surprised to so many ditto cases in mcq section. as far ccs goes, i feel its easy if you have really practised medicine then you can think out when things arent going right. all the best to you.
