i usually emial thankyou letter with as soon as possible i get time off to write those usually with in 2- 3 days of iv. if the program likes psoted letter then i also post letters in addition to emails.

dont be so dishearted goljan fan. i think surgery is a lot competttive this yr. i have yet to see a genuine visa requiring IMG with lots of calls in surgery.

i address it to pd and faculty whoever took the iv and cc it to program cordinator . if the pc told me during iv that i should sedn all emails to him/her and he/she wil forward it to faculty then i simply emial the letter addressing the pd to cordinator email.
