Neurosurg easy?
last year only 7 or 13 IMGs matched (don't remember well)... any way, I don't call that easy... better check up your sources...

guys no doubt neurosuregery is lot more tougher than general surgery. lets not shift our focus now.

How good/ bad are the chances for an IMG to get through scramble successfully...esp those who require a visa?? for a general Surgery prelim position..
