Hi Pancreas,

Sorry, I came back to India after that interview. Didnt felt looking to this forum as I was nervous. My interview lasted 3 mins with one of the attending. And 10 mins round with resident.... That was my day... I dont feel like coming so I just saw ur message today. Sorry for that.

Did u interviewed there??? What was your experience?

Thanks

i had a question.

if i start prelim, next year do PGY-2 prelim.

thereafter definitely if i am lucky, i would like to start PGY3. but if i am not that lucky, can i again apply for PGY 1 categorical.

repeating the same training under J1 is not permissible. guys speak of circumnavigating this by having different rotations the second time around. thought repeating training is not a problem under H1, you are gonna lose some very important years. H1 is valid only for 6 years so sight seeing is not advisable. if you are a US citizen or a green card, forget about any of these and try residency in Iraq or Afghanistan. heard chances are better there. basically the demand is high right now. just kidding fellows.
