A 58-year-old man with alcoholic liver disease presents for his routine 3-month follow up. He reports having progressively worsening tightness over his left hand for the past few months. You notice that his left hand has a tight waxy skin in the palmar area with nodular swellings. Extension movements of the third and the fourth fingers are limited. His vital signs are stable.
