will u differentiate between syncopal episode and seizure attack in a patients presentation ??==UW

ok nice q for revision

in syncopal attack there will be lightheadedness and feeling of weakness prior to the syncope
while in the seizure there will be post syncopal confusion,headache or other neurological findings

best is with real seizure u will find high prolactin

tongue biting in seizure attack more likely then with syncope.

not more likely but impossible of tongue biting in syncope. i think so.
