If I just have EAD instead of actual Green Card, would I be receiving fewer interview calls ? ThanX DocDream 0 - ArchivalUser - 05-08-2004 newbee yeah u can take up a residency if u get work permit as a dependent, cos its yearly renewable till u get the gc. well if u r the primary applicant, then job change should happen in the same job category while u r on ead. as a dependent ead is as good as gc for all practical purposes.hope this helps
