this is something that shocks everyone!!
CONDITIONS NOT MET MEANS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CRITERIA MET FOR ECFMG CERTIFICATION!!! get it?!?!
Its confusing for everyone!
When you have done step 1, 2 and C skills, you will have met all criteria for certification, and you will receive your ecfmg certificate. This is what they are talking about, not your medical school stuff.
