Is 61% on uw with untimed mode (avg. 1 hr 15 min per 50 q/) is a decent average?

YES! As far as the official rumor goes, you add 30 points to the UW score to get a ball par picture of your test score. I was averaging 45-50 on UW and got 94 on real test.
