Hi...I was cheated by a placement agency which promised to get me a GUARANTEED residency placement through the match. The modus operandi of these guys was to identify suitable programs according to score, visa requirement etc & advise you to apply there. Once you get invited for interview, they "train" you how to face an interview. if you match, you have to pay them exorbidant fees. They will ask you to deposit 5000 $ at the time of signing contract & then they start the search for program. I signed up with these unscrupulous guys & I did not match. They refused to refund my 5K. I want to prevent others from falling to prey to their greed. Please watch out for these frauds.

Why don't you sue? If you have proof of them saying guaranteed then you have a good case.
