^Exactly. Ironically I haven't even heard from again/stayed in contact with the PD of my top choice. Will I move them down my ROL? No. Lately some of my other programs have been giving me positive feedback. Will this radically affect my ROL? Perhaps not. Certainly not going to rank based on feedback from the programs.

Usually within 1 week...but if you need it earlier then let the PC know....you can even go to the program to receive it.
