Hey PCP,
thank you that was helpful.
You see this might not make a lot of sense for some people, and I know that this is not how the algorithm works, but I also base my judgment for ranking on how desirable I feel for the program as well. My response was kind of similar to yours buddy. Let's hope for the best man.

Why should Europeans be exempt? Their system is NOT better than India or China. There are so many people waiting years to get a simple test over there; meanwhile India is producing more doctors and phds than any other country in the world. Microsoft/Intel/IBM are ALL LEAVING EUROPE AND GOING TO USA AND INDIA; because that's where the future will be. Indians and the Americans are both smart; they know they cannot compete in the world without each others help; but Europeans are losing and within a few years will be completely irrelevant.
