It is psych letter. I donot know if it will make any difference but this is a very important letter for me. I am very late to submit it due to some problems I was facing at work. But once I got it, it just gave me a nice boost of confidence. Even if doesnot help in residency this year, it made me happy to get it as an acknowledgment. There should be small achievements in life to keep the self esteem alive. This is one of that for me.
