this list was compiled by AMGs .. i dont think it means the rejection for others, cuz some of these pgms sent out ivs two or three times ( as u can see from the dates) ;
The way I look at the list is different. It tells you how soon the pgms sending out the IVs to AMGs. I m not reading anything in b/w here.
