Some one help me out what all should i send to ecfmg form186, , form344, form345, 2 photos and 2 copies of medical diploma then what else should i send photo copies of mark sheets and transcripts too?
should i submit form187 too in regular set by default ?
please some one guide me.

you should also send the original translated medical diploma and transcripts.
for form 186, it needs to be notorized. And yes, all the forms listed on top should be submitted.

u dont need to send original diploma. jus a photocopy of it. and no need to send the transcript too. ECFMG will ask ur med school for ur transcript.
