What are you guys doing to improve for next match?
I'm studying for step 3, hoping to take in August
I was considering a 7-week externship (but I have to pay $250/week plus malpractice insurance), and it's a short version of the core rotations which i already did during my 3rd year at the same hospital. So it may be waste of time and money.
What else can we do? Please contribute

I guess you are the only carribean grad who remained unmatched because usually Carrib's don't go unmatched.

There are lots, just that they don't post, or many don't even know about the forum....when I was in med school, I never knew about forums like this until recently

Statistics show only 51% US IMGs (including non-carribbean grads) matched, so what do you think happened to the 49%? Even AMGs don't have a 100% match rate, even though it's small like 5-6%, but still quite a few, 883 US seniors and 663 AMGs didn't match, total of 1546 people. You don't see post doesn't mean they don't exist.
