severe oliguria, multiple enveloped shaped crystals in urine , but biopsy of glomeruli shows normal glomeruli
Wht is the diagnosis? and why then the glomeruli are normal?

yes is ethylene glycol....
but the tricky part is why the glomeruli are fine
Because the ethylene glycol mainly damage the tubules, so biopsy can show normal glomeruli but tubules can have vacuolization

calcium oxalate stones are envelope shaped crystals.these are bladder stones involving lower urinary tract.
