in order to postpone i had reschduld twice as per rules, both of those places are far away, SO CAN I DO IT THIRD TIME IF GET A CLOSER PROMETRIC MY EXAM IS ON 29 MAY,CAN I DO SO???????????????

yes u can as long a it is more than 7 working days then u wont have to pay

Is there any limit for rescheduling dates or locations for step 2 CS?

No there is no limitation(if your still in your eligibility period) just has to be 14 working days before your date. Yes, 14 days NOT 7 days. (ck/step1 need 5 working days) Once you enter that period you get charged a fee to pay. dont remember if it was a $150 or $250 as I received that option. You can check in the cs scheduling/resheduling section.
