Trastuzumab (Herceptin)
Mechanism Monoclonal antibody against HER-2 (erb-B2). Helps kill breast cancer cells that
overexpress HER-2, possibly through antibody-dependent cytotoxicity.
Clinical use Metastatic breast cancer.

Special attention must be given to the cardiotoxicity induced by doxorubicin. Irreversible myocardial toxicity, manifested in its most severe form by life-threatening or fatal congestive heart failure, may occur either during therapy or months to years after termination of therapy.

i like when u guys talk abt Q well those who answer C are right. because the cancer is in initial stage. Good guys trastuzumab is for metastatic cnacer.
