when i said in my message about the arabic speaking prepartion for the usmle, i meant the following:i need to explain this to you, because u read half of the sentence and u loose the meaning of the second half.
when u read ur notes, you start with definition, causes, epidemiology, and so on. then they mention the clinical features ( notes ends with symptoms). robins pathology for example is like that.
suppose this is usmle question
50 yrs old male present with left lower quadrant pain( start with age and symptoms), + blood in stool. what is the diagnosis. lets say diverticulosis
this is what i meant by u need to speak arabic in order to pass the exam.
