Can some one plz tell me how to open a telephone encounter.
Also how to ask permission to do Rectal and pelvic examination.

i dint have a phone encounter but it should be the same with as all other encounters. Introduce yourself and ask how you can be of help.
tell them why you will have to do the procedure (i.e. rectal/pelvic)
"i will..blah..blah...with your permission, of course"
or "I will have to do......for us to better......if that's okay with you"
