what should be the answer if prog dir. asks us 'why u r interested in our program.;
can anybody help.

Best job interview takes place when the one being interviewed poses alot of questions. Research your programs and you WILL have Q's.

but the question is ,we need residency whereever given a chance ,we have to take that,
but u r right,research on that prog.might give us some idea to answer that.

If your scores are high then they will ask you this question if they are not confident in their program, so you gote'm already.

If your scores are low, what they are saying is that "Why in the world you thought we will take you?"

In either case, just lie and say "I choose your program because while researching your hospital I felt more at home with your settings." Smile
