minnie81: i would like to offer our place to lessen ur expenses, pero baka ma wierduhan ka why im too eager to help u guys.. hehehe. dont worry, babae ako and i live with my husband in 2 br apartment, the other room is vacant para sa mga bisita na gustong dumalaw or pumunta rito. kung hesitant ka naman to stay here theres a lot of cheaper place in manhattan that is near to subway and doesnt need to be near to the hospital u have IV. parang dormitory nga lang ang dating. just let me know..

May ma recommend ka bang place malapit sa NY Downtown Hospital? Any idea if the program is good, so-so or bad? Ang alam ko lang malapit daw sa Chinatown yun. Don't even know where Chinatown is!

r fischer is the PD in downstate. He is a fair guy. Sabi nya wala syang paki alam kung IMG ka or local ka when it comes to applying for residency. If im not mistaken, maraming pinoy ang nakapagtapos ng residency jan mostly UPCM. Chinatown is part of Manhattan, bale downtown nila. so its very accessible to subway which is advantage sa inyo. And maraming hostel or dormitory like places in that areas. They dont accept reservation nga lang. Karamihan na nakita kong nagstay din dun are foreign students.
Dont worry about going around NYC. this foreign friendly place. Also, let me know when u get here, baka pede kitang samahan. Hehehe, Wala kasi akong ginagawa if Im not studying.. hehehe
Nothing keeping me busy except this exam.
