I have learned now that I will receive the CS result by December 1st the earliest.
Lord, it is not fair! I scheduled first time for Sept. 2 and then changed for Sept. 9, had I left it I would get the result in October.
Now my chances are really low to get an interview...

dont give up , check the programs to which u are applying. what do they mention abt 2cs criteria. if its necessaary to get the result by iv, then dont apply there , atleast right now, try other places which have no such criteria. u probably postponed it cause u wont be done preparing by 2nd sept. better to give 2cs wth full confidence and pass even if it is a little late rather than hurriedly giving it and failing. 2cs repeat attempt looks terrible

Some programs really don't care about CS, so chill out...!

Most programs that I have seen require ECFMG certification by the matching time.
ask them before applying.
