I am searching programs in myeras, but i dont know how to start (such as what are IMG friendly programs? should I check programs one by one? ...) can sby kindly give me some suggestions? thanks a lot and best wishes!

you have visit their websites and search or call them. or buy IMG friendly list(s).

ERAS is useless in this regard. Use Freida. and then link to their websites. Call is the best golden way.
