Hi, I have just decided to take step 3. I passed step 2 CS and am looking for application this year. I have few questions and want you to help me.
1. Can I apply to take step 3 at California?
2. Can my result use for my application in other states?

you should apply from a state that does not require you to be in a residency program at the time you are applying for step3....most states have this requirement.....Connecticut and Delaware do not have any such requirement...there are a couple of more Staets as welll..
Yes your result will be valid in all the States in US.
