Friends,
I eras it is written that we can apply on Sep 2nd(1st is labour day).I am applying from pakistan which is 9 hrs ahead of us in time zone.Doet it mean that I should apply on Sep 2nd 9:01 am in morning(time in usa is 12:01 am and its the night of sep 1st)..Am I right??Plz.correct me if I am wrong.Any friend from Pak or India..Thanks and God bless you all.

u can start applying frm sep 2 est 8 am. means the time in india will be arnd 5 pm on sep 2. that wat i perceive.

the application to programs is on sept, 2nd , but do we submit our application to eras postoffice on the 2 or 1st of sept?

you can submit your application as early as its prepared and complete. 1st or second doesnot matter. Programs will download on 2nd since 1st is a holiday. i hope it makes sense. It does not matter when you submit in eras.

so if I submit it on 2 the progams will be able to download it same day?
