I know there are 4 universities in the SUNY system. But which one belongs to upstate and which one is in downstate?

1-at brooklyn named downstate
2-at stonybrook,named upstate
3-at buffalo
4-!?

SUNY Downstate = SUNY Brooklyn
SUNY Stony Brook is Stony Brook...NOT upstate, 45 mins or so fr NYC
SUNY Upstate = syracuse = in upstate new york (check maP)
SUNY Buffalo is in buffalo

actually buffalo is the one which is known as upstate SUNY...not stonybrook or syracuse
