Ans is 5--------- Choroid plexus carcinoma (or papilloma), most common primary adult's tumor.
( FA gave us astrocytoma grade 4)

A Choroid plexus papilloma (CPP) is a a rare, slow-growing, histologically benign intracranial neoplasm or tumor ..
Meningiomas are the most common benign tumors of the brain (95% of benign tumors).

"tumor" includes both benign and malignant and most common primary adult brain tumors are malignant not benign and out of those most common is GBM so i would say 4 is the correct answer
