Ecfmg received my lor,mspe,photo and transcript 2 weeks ago. Now what i see on the eras post office is mspe, transcript,photo and ecfmg status. why didn't they post the lor?

How is it assigned to the programs? whenever i select a program it says no documents to assign. I don't understand pleas?
