Lab tests show CD4 count is 400/microL VDRL negative PPD is 6mm Toxoplasma serology negative Viral load 9000 copies/ml X ray chest is negative. What is the most appropriate next step in management? A. Reassurance and repeat testing after 2 monthss. B. Rifampicin for 9 months. C. Isoniazid and pyridoxine for 9 months. D.
