if Jamaica fm PD said no prematches this year... how come their nrmp quota is only 7 instead of 10?

i really wanted to ask when she said that no prematches this year... but didn't want to put pd on defense...cos from what i've heard from everyone who interviewed there, they told them no prematch....so who did they reserve the 3 spots for....hmmm...makes you wonder huh?

yes. PD says no prematches, becouse the program consider prematches unfair for the uncoming candidates. Seem logical.
