If in a case of cough, we examine the Respiratory system shud v have to auscultate the heart in 2 positions like sitting and 45 deg inclined or sitting and supine.. plz reply .. thanks

nope........just do in sitting
atleast i would do that, but only if i think its infectious
in Cardiac failure is suspected as in chronic cough.........do both, that is ideal, dont know if it possible in reality

sitting position is enough, don't waste too much time on physical examination

if the case is not purely heart, don't examine in 3 positions..
SItting position is more than enough..
