A 21-year-old Asian-American man who sustained a closed head injury in a motorcycle accident is admitted to the hospital. He is intubated and is receiving mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit. e....simply coz the will of the patient is taken into consideration.....as per ethics if the will of the patient is already there doctor does not owe an explanation to the family.....in case if family does not agree just go ahead and do as per the will of the patient.....please correct me if I am wrong
