those notes are garbage in my opinion. simply not enough detail and not worth the money. they probably won't hurt though if you can get them for free. to me, CMDT seems to be perfect for someone with unlimited time. additional high-yield material that I find useful includes kaplan step 3 lecture notes (i only know the 2009-2010 ed), step-up to medicine (agabegi), boards & wards (ayala & spellberg), pretest pediatrics, pretest emergency medicine, and last minute emergency medicine (wagner & promes). dr red's ccs workshop is also great.
