This process is very difficult...Even just to log in on NRMP that will be quiet hard. Most program phones will be busy. I do not will wish scramble to anyone. What are programs looking for:

1- High board scores with NO attempts.( 85 or better)
2- No visas needed ( for most programs)
3- US clinical experience( some specialities)
4- Graduation year ( no more than 3 )
5- You have to be very lucky to have someone answer your call.
6- Connections( if you know a resident or someone in the program)

I don't beleive in fax.. there is not time for the prgorams to go through that.Because it's only a few spots available they give it away as quick as possible.

Personnally a beleive SCRAMBLE is more difficult that the match .

They are many people without IV... this year match is very hard.Remember only 1 good IV is needed to match. If you have decent scores .. and help on scramble day you should be fine. GL
